Buddhist Psychology for Counsellors is a six-month experiential program exploring how Buddhist understandings of mind, emotion, suffering, relationship and liberation can enrich contemporary counselling practice. Rather than simply adding meditation techniques to an existing therapeutic toolkit, the course invites counsellors to investigate a more fundamental question: What changes in counselling when we understand the mind differently?
Loving-Kindness Meditation Teacher Training for Counsellors is a three-month experiential professional development program exploring how the Buddhist practice of metta (loving-kindness) can deepen therapeutic presence, compassion, emotional balance and relational awareness. Participants develop a personal metta practice while learning how loving-kindness and the Four Immeasurables can be integrated carefully and ethically into counselling and other helping professions. The program combines recorded teaching, live online tutorials, guided practice and professional integration groups. It is designed for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, pastoral-care practitioners and other helping professionals. Previous Buddhist study or meditation experience is not required.
