BP4C aims to support practitioners to develop greater awareness, therapeutic presence and ethically grounded approaches to working with clients.

Our workshops are open to everyone. The Buddhist Psychology for Counsellors course is primarily designed for: registered or practicing counsellors; psychotherapists; psychologists; social workers; mental-health practitioners; pastoral and spiritual-care practitioners, and those with a personal interest.
You can expect lectures, guided meditation, experiential exercises, paired counselling exercises, breakout-group discussions, clinical case studies, reflective writing, set readings, recorded supplementary material, clinical integration groups, and contemplative practice.
